RETURN POLICY

We offer 100% no questions asked refunds on returns submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or even if you decide you just don't want the item(s) after all, send it back to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund. If you believe we made a mistake with your order, let us know via e-mail at help@betterworldbooks.com; if the problem was indeed our fault, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label so that you can return the book to us at our expense.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for returns that are shipped back to us more than 30 days past the purchase date.

All orders ship within 1-2 business days.

If you ordered through a marketplace other than BetterWorld.com, the marketplace should have given you information on the shipping service you chose when you completed your order.

We offer 6 types of shipping service:

• Eco-Shipping (4-14 business days)
  FREE!
  Your order will ship via the United States Postal Service. It can sometimes take longer than 14 business days to reach Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses. Transit times should generally be 1-2 days faster than USPS Media Mail.
  
  
• Priority (2-6 business days)
  $2.97 per item
  Your order will ship via DHL @ Home or USPS Priority Mail. This should ensure that you receive your order within 6 business days after we ship. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer this option on our used books, due to the fact that our new books are not stored at our central distribution center.
  
  
• 2nd Day Guaranteed (2 business days)
  $9.97 per item
  Your order will ship via a service that guarantees delivery within 2 business days. This should ensure that you receive your order within 2 business days after we ship. Most of our shipments via this method ship via UPS 2nd Day Air.
  Unfortunately, we can only offer this service to addresses within the Continental US. This service is also not available for PO Box, APO and FPO addresses. We are also only able to offer this option on our used books, due to the fact that our new books are not stored at our central distribution center.
  
  
• Next Day Guaranteed (1 business day)
  $21.97 per item (Note: This rate is a flat rate and does not take into account destination or weight.)
  Your order will ship via a service that guarantees delivery within 1 business day. This should ensure that you receive your order within 1 business day after we ship. Most of our shipments via this method ship via UPS Next Day Saver.
  Unfortunately, we can only offer this service to addresses within the Continental US. This service is also not available for PO Box, APO and FPO addresses. • International (7-21 business days)

  International orders are shipped "Standard Mail" - given to your local postal service after transit of 7-14 business days. More remote locations can take a bit longer. Western Europe and Mexico/Canada are normally the fastest.
  
  
• International Priority (4-9 business days)
  $9.97 per item
  International Priority orders are shipped "Priority Mail" - given to your local postal service after transit of 4-9 business days. More remote locations can take a bit longer. Western Europe and Mexico/Canada are normally the fastest. We are only able to offer this option on our used books, due to the fact that our new books are not stored at our central distribution center.
